Kelsey Knehans

In her role as Economic Development Specialist, Kelsey has a hand in nearly every aspect of the work of the Development Council. Particularly organized, Kelsey plays a key role in keeping the wheels moving.
Kelsey holds an associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Central Community College and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
A native of Buffalo County, Kelsey and her husband Brian call Kearney home. In 2022 they welcomed their first child, a son. Outside of work, you’ll find Kelsey spending time with her family and friends and often outside playing with their German Shepherds, Harley and Maverick.
